  • Brand New to the Cloud
  • If you’re interested in learning cloud basics or AWS cloud foundations, we recommend our Intro to Cloud 101 and Introduction to the AWS Management Console courses.

Intro to Cloud 101 will help you learn and practice AWS Cloud fundamentals through hands-on labs for six key AWS services: Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2), Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS), Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC), and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM). You'll get instant feedback as you complete each lab and have a chance to earn a digital badge that demonstrates your cloud-skills mastery to employers and your network.

Introduction to the AWS Management Console will teach you how to navigate the AWS Management Console. It includes a hands-on lab and covers best practices for managing and billing credits.

“I had a great experience! Especially doing the lab activities. It helped me to understand a lot about the cloud and some services in AWS. I wasn't expecting to answer the final assessment easily and yet I did a great job! Thanks to this course and everyone behind it.”

    – Cloud 101 Learner, December 2021

"A great resource to familiarize anyone with the AWS console and its function in a real world business environment."

    – Introduction to the AWS Management Console Learner, July 2021
  • New to Building in the Cloud
  • If you already understand basic cloud concepts and are ready to start building in the cloud, then the Getting Started series is for you.

Accelerate your cloud journey and gain hands-on experience with foundational AWS services in storage, compute, and networking, including Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2), and Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC). You'll get instant feedback as you complete each lab and be able to earn badges that demonstrate your cloud-skills mastery to employers and your network.

“I am studying to become a Data engineer and due to the wide acceptance of cloud computing in almost all data driven organizations, learning cloud computing under AWS is essential for me, right now and in the future. I want to be ready for the work environment before I find myself in it.”

    – Getting Started with Storage Learner, July 2022

“Thanks for helping me and the other IT people learn new knowledge about cloud computing.”

    – Getting Started with Compute Learner, September 2022
  • New to Advanced Cloud Concepts
  • If you’ve already built your cloud computing foundation and aren’t sure where to go to learn more advanced concepts, here’s something special: Builder Labs with AWS Cognito, Dynamo DB, and AWS Step Functions covers the fundamental concepts of using AWS services to build a web application and gives you the opportunity to apply what you learn in three hands-on labs.

Or, if you’re looking for something a bit more specialized, enroll in Machine Learning Foundations to learn how to apply the machine learning pipeline to solve a business problem and gain hands-on practice with Jupyter Notebook and Amazon Sagemaker.

Then, get rolling with machine learning through an exciting, autonomous car racing experience. Take the AWS DeepRacer Primer course to get hands-on experience creating, training, and evaluating an AWS DeepRacer model powered by reinforcement learning (RL). You'll be able to submit your model to compete in the AWS DeepRacer League for prizes, glory, and the chance to compete for the championship cup at AWS re:Invent. You'll also earn a digital badge that you can share via social media.

“This platform is a good opportunity to have first-hand knowledge of not just Sagemaker but also Machine learning itself, so kudos for its organization.”
